VC 101 Handbook

As I have worked in this industry for a longer time, I realize that VC investing is always a mix of science and art. The science part includes how to estimate market size, how to project financials, and how to estimate investment returns. While the art part includes how to assess founders and how to compare deals – usually every deal will have different upsides and downsides.

With more experience in this space, I decided to write the learnings down and share with the newcomers. Therefore, I worked with a group of colleagues to build this VC 101 Handbook for our team as a reference book. The current version is for internal circulation only. We will publish a new version to share with the public later this year or early next year.

Feel free to ask if you are interested in having this handbook, and I will share it with you once the public version is available.
